Production

The production unit of Isfahan Alumin Co. (Taknoor) is responsible for planning the production and production of the company's products. The task of planning and scheduling all the required items of the company, which includes raw materials, manpower, machinery and ... It starts with the production of various types of products, parks, LEDs and spotlights, but this can not be achieved except by having specialized workshops and upgraded machines, some of which are as follows:

 

Dyke Workshop, Metalworking and Bending: In this part of the press, die casting, hydraulic, impact and milling machines, radial drill, welding and welding, for making internal parts, making and repairing molds as well as bending machines for Manufacturing of industrial supplies.

 

The parts produced in the dielectric unit come to the workshop after a few steps such as pilling, polishing and drilling, and then ready to be painted after washing.

 

At the paint workshop, the paint system is electrostatically powdered on sprayed parts and at standard temperature.

 

Finally, all parts produced at various workshops in the assembly hall are collected and final assembly of the station's quality control, and at the end of the work, all manufactured products will be placed under final inspection.
